Note: Some data may remain temporarily in external systems (Absher / Wasl).
Driver Suspension Clause
The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate a driver’s account in case of violations including but not limited to:
- Defamation or harm to company reputation
- Incitement against the platform
- Spreading misinformation
- Posting harmful or inappropriate content
Drivers may appeal within 5 business days via WhatsApp: 920009771.
Review period: 10–30 business days.
Suspension remains effective during review.
The decision is final without prejudice to legal rights.
Commercial Transactions
Data may be transferred in case of merger or acquisition.
Legal Compliance & Misuse Fees
By registering, you agree to company policies including misuse penalties.
Driver Earnings
- Minimum payout: SAR 200
- Withdrawal via official number
- Transfer fees apply
Driver Compensation
- Max compensation: SAR 5 per trip
- Max monthly: SAR 200
- Claims within 24 hours
Financial Transfers & Fees
- Transfer fee: SAR 5
- Refund fees: SAR 50–200
Driver Incentives
Bonuses may be revoked in case of:
- Trip manipulation
- Ignored requests
- Customer complaints
Reports
- Cost: SAR 30
- Delivery: within 72 hours
VAT Compliance (ZATCA)
- VAT: 15%
- Wasl fee: SAR 0.58 per trip
- Additional fee: SAR 1 per trip
Transport Authority Requirements (TGA)
- Saudi nationality
- Valid license
- Absher approval
- Wasl status VALID
Security
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
