- First and last name
- Phone number
- Address, country, province, postal code, city
- Driving license details and copy
- National ID details and copy
- Vehicle registration details and copy
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
This may include information such as your Device’s IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Users may delete their account through the Application. Deletion will occur within a maximum of three months.
Additional verification, financial reconciliation, and compliance reviews may apply prior to deletion. Any outstanding balances must be resolved before account deletion.
Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your jurisdiction. By accepting this Policy, you consent to such transfers.
We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place before transferring Personal Data internationally.
Commercial Transactions
In case of merger or acquisition, your Personal Data may be transferred.
Legal Compliance and Misuse Fees
We may disclose Personal Data when required by law.
By registering, you agree to Company policies regarding misuse fees and behavioral violations.
VAT Compliance (ZATCA Regulations)
VAT (15%) is applied in accordance with Saudi regulations effective January 1, 2026.
Additional platform fees may apply per ride.
Transport General Authority (TGA) Requirements
Drivers must:
- Be Saudi nationals
- Hold a valid driving license
- Pass Absher criminal check
- Maintain “VALID” status in Wasel platform
Security of Personal Data
We implement commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
